I noticed this when I was there about 12 years ago. On every corner was a tiny dog wearing a freshly pressed shirt. When I line up to take a picture the dogs would shift a little to make the shot better. It&#8217;s like they knew their angles.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe communism isn&#8217;t so bad. For dogs at least. For people it might be more problematic. I&#8217;ve not seen so much spandex being worn in a long time. Clearly the work of a confused dictator.<\/p>\n<p>Cheers<\/p>\n<p><em>She never replied.
